# How iParley Works

The iParley workflow is designed around trust and verification.

#### Step 1 — Create an Account

Users register as:

* Candidate
* Customer (Employer)
* Agency

Basic profile information is collected during onboarding.

***

#### Step 2 — Build Your Profile

Users complete their profiles by providing:

* Professional information
* Business information
* Skills and experience
* Organizational details

Candidates can upload resumes which automatically populate profile information.

***

#### Step 3 — Connect Through Jobs and RFPs

Customers can:

* Create job opportunities
* Create RFPs
* Invite candidates
* Invite agencies and vendors

Candidates and agencies can respond directly through the platform.

***

#### Step 4 — Verify Information When Needed

Verification is flexible.

Organizations may choose to:

* Verify before shortlisting
* Verify before interviews
* Verify before hiring decisions
* Verify before vendor selection

Verification can occur at the stage that best fits the organization's process.

***

#### Step 5 — Exchange Trusted Credentials

Verified information can be securely shared between participants.

Users remain in control of their credentials and determine when information is shared.

***

#### Step 6 — Make Confident Decisions

Organizations can make hiring, staffing, and procurement decisions with greater confidence using verified information and integrity checks.
