# Hiring & RFPs

## Creating Jobs

Create a job posting by providing:

* Job title
* Description and responsibilities
* Required skills
* Location and work arrangement
* Employment type
* Verification preferences

Verification requirements can be **preferred, not mandatory**.

iParley allows you to introduce verification at the right stage — you are not required to verify candidates upfront.

#### Publishing Opportunities

Once published, your job becomes visible to qualified candidates.

You control:

* Visibility settings
* Application requirements
* Candidate engagement preferences

Jobs can remain open until filled or manually closed.

Publishing does not require verification — you can choose to verify candidates later in the process.

***

#### Inviting Candidates and Vendors

You can invite candidates or vendors directly to apply.

Invitations include:

* A secure application link
* Instructions to join iParley (if not already registered)

### Sending Job Invitations to Candidates

You can invite candidates to apply for a job by sharing the job application link across your sourcing channels.

This allows you to bring candidates from outside platforms directly into iParley.

***

#### Steps to Send a Job Invitation

1. Go to your **Job Post** on the iParley dashboard
2. Click on the **three dots (⋯)** next to the job
3. Select **Copy Link**
4. Paste the link into your sourcing platforms, such as:
 * LinkedIn
 * Email campaigns
 * Job boards
 * Vendor or agency networks

***

#### What Happens Next

* Candidates click the shared link
* They are directed to the iParley application page
* If not registered yet, the candidate will have to sign up and complete basic details (resume, work authorization documents, visa status, etc.)
* Their profile is submitted directly to your job
* Watch the tutorial here for unregistered candidates on how to apply for job link sent by employers.

#### Using Integrity Check in Hiring

iParley allows you to introduce **trust before decision-making**, not after.

At any stage, you can:

* Request an **Integrity Check**
* Verify identity and work authorization
* Confirm candidate authenticity before proceeding

#### When to Use Integrity Check

You can trigger it:

* After initial review
* After shortlisting
* Before interviews
* Before final selection

#### Why This Matters

* Avoid late-stage surprises
* Reduce fraud and misrepresentation
* Make faster, more confident hiring decisions

With iParley, verification becomes part of the workflow — not a last step.

## Creating RFP's

Use an RFP when seeking proposals from staffing vendors, implementation partners, consulting firms, or service providers.

Provide:

* Project overview
* Scope of work
* Required capabilities
* Submission requirements
* Timeline and deadlines
* Evaluation criteria

### Publishing an RFP

Once published, your RFP becomes available to qualified agencies and vendors.

You can control:

* Who can view the RFP
* Submission deadlines
* Response requirements
* Verification preferences

Publishing an RFP does not require prior verification of participating vendors.

***

### Inviting Vendors and Agencies

You can invite specific organizations to participate in an RFP.

Invitations include:

* Secure RFP link
* Project details
* Submission instructions
* Response deadline

Invited organizations receive email notifications and can respond directly through iParley.

***

### Reviewing RFP Responses

Track all responses from a single dashboard.

You can:

* Compare vendor submissions
* Review company profiles
* Evaluate credentials and verification status
* Request additional information
* Shortlist vendors

Before selecting a vendor, you can review:

* Business verification status
* Company credentials
* Organization profile
* Shared verification documents
* Preferred vendor status

This helps establish trust before entering commercial discussions.
