* Request verification when needed

Verification helps:

Unlike traditional platforms, iParley does not force verification upfront. You decide when verification should happen in your hiring workflow.

#### Create a Customer Account

Create your customer account using any method:

* Email
* Supported Single Sign-On (SSO)
* Linkedin

Once your account is created, you can:

* Access your dashboard
* Set up your organization profile
* Start posting jobs or reviewing candidates

No verification is required to:

* Browse the platform
* Create job posts
* Review candidates

#### Email & Account Verification

If you sign up using SSO, your email is automatically verified.

If you sign up using email:

* You may be required to verify your email
* This is completed during the signup process
* Verification is required before accessing your dashboard
