# Credential Exchange

#### Trust Profiles & Verified Information

Customers can view structured trust profiles that bring together candidate information, verification status, and credentials in one place. Instead of requesting documents repeatedly, iParley enables you to **view or trigger verification directly within your hiring workflow.**

#### Viewing Trust Profiles

Trust profiles show:

* Candidate details and experience
* Verification status (if completed)
* Available credentials (if shared)

This helps you evaluate candidates quickly without back-and-forth communication.

#### Requesting Verification

Instead of manually requesting documents, you can:

* Trigger an **Integrity Check**
* Verify identity and work authorization
* Ensure authenticity before moving forward

#### iParley Credential Vault

The **iParley Credential Vault** allows you to view and verify candidate credentials in a structured, trusted format.

Instead of relying only on resumes, you can access **validated proof of identity, work authorization, education, and experience** — all in one place.

### Accessing the Credential Vault

To view a candidate’s credentials:

1. Go to the candidate profile from your job or shortlist
2. Click on **“iParley Credential Vault”**
3. The vault opens with a detailed verification summary

#### Verification Summary

At the top, you’ll see a visual summary of:

* Identity verification status
* Work authorization documents status
* Experience verification progress
* Education verification progress

This gives you a quick snapshot of how much of the candidate’s profile is verified.

Each verification category shows:

* Verified (completed)
* Pending (in progress)
* Not started
