# Getting Started

#### What is iParley?

iParley helps you present your experience with confidence. Instead of repeatedly proving who you are and what you’ve done, iParley allows you to verify key information once and reuse it across opportunities.

Verification is optional, but many organizations prefer verified candidates because verified information builds trust faster. Verified profiles also stand out clearly from fake or inflated profiles, helping employers focus on real, credible professionals. You stay in full control of what you verify and what you share.

#### Create a Candidate Account

You can create a candidate account using email or supported single sign-on (SSO). Once your account is created, you’ll be taken to your dashboard where you can start building your profile and choose whether to verify now or later.

You can explore the platform even without verification.

***

#### Email Verification Status

If you sign up using SSO, your email is automatically verified during signup. No additional action is required, and you can proceed directly with onboarding.
