### Linking Candidates to Your Agency

You can associate consultants with your agency profile.

This relationship allows you to:

* Represent consultants
* Submit candidates
* Manage opportunities
* Coordinate client engagement

Candidate consent may be required.

When applicable, agencies may act as the employer of record for submitted consultants.

Responsibilities include:

* Employment management
* Consultant engagement
* Client coordination
* Compliance obligations

### Managing Consultant Relationships

Maintain a structured consultant network.

Track:

* Active consultants
* Availability
* Skills
* Client engagement history
* Preferred consultants

This improves response time for new opportunities.

### Unlinking Candidates

If a consultant relationship changes, you may remove the association from your agency profile.

This action only affects the relationship and does not delete candidate accounts.
