### What is iParley for Agencies?

iParley helps staffing firms, consulting organizations, and implementation partners build trust with clients through verified business profiles, verified consultants, and transparent credential sharing.

Agencies can:

* Create a verified agency profile
* Manage consultant relationships
* Submit candidates for jobs
* Respond to client RFPs
* Build preferred vendor relationships
* Share credentials with client organizations

The platform allows agencies to participate in opportunities while maintaining control over their consultants and business credentials.

### Creating an Agency Account

Create an agency account using email or supported SSO providers such as Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft.

After registration:

* Complete your agency profile
* Add organization information
* Configure business details
* Begin participating in jobs and RFP opportunities

### Email & Account Verification

Depending on your sign-in method:

* SSO accounts are automatically verified
* Email registrations may require email confirmation

Once verified, you can proceed with agency onboarding.
